My Version of Bulletproof Coffee
- One Large Cup of Brewed Organic Coffee (mine=10 oz)
- One Tablespoon of Unrefined, Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
- One Tablespoon of Organic/Grass-fed Unsalted Butter
- 6 Drops of Liquid Stevia (or use whatever non-sugar sweetener you have) to Your Taste (I use THIS one)
Blend well until foamy.
You can add a scoop of protein powder to it, also, for a complete breakfast when you're in a rush. I recommend this brand of whey protein powder (it's organic & from grass-fed cows):

Now, this ain't bacon & eggs, y'all, but it's pretty good for keeping you going and not getting hungry. I find that I still get a bit hungrier than I do if I eat "real" breakfast, but it's good in a rush.
