One of my most FAVORITE pork chop recipes ever!
Ingredients:
Boneless Pork Chops (Center Cut Chops)
Seasonings of Choice (Me = salt & garlic powder)
Mayo
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Thinly Sliced Onion, Half-Moon Shape
Butter
Directions:
Line baking pan with foil for easy cleanup.
Season the pork chops
Spread 1 TBSP of mayo over each pork chop.
Sprinkle 1 TBSP of parmesan cheese on each pork chop.
Put 1 or 2 of the onion half-moons on top (fit however works depending on onion & pork chop sizes).
Put a couple of pats of butter on top (take 1 TBSP of butter and split into either 2 or 3 pats and space evenly).
Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Thin chops will cook closer to 30 minutes, super thick ones, up to 1 hour. If you don't get nice golden color on top, put the broiler on high for just a few minutes to get them golden.
How'd you like them?
